The purpose of the information is to inform the “interested parties” how their personal data collected and processed by De Martin Giuseppe e figli srl are managed.

For any request for further information, modifications or disputes, please contact the legal representative as “Data Controller” of the company De Martin Giuseppe e figli srl in order to have a cordial and correct relationship between the parties to try to resolve any issue collaboratively. Categories of personal data processed

• Personal data attributable to customers and/or suppliers (other than legal persons) during pre-contractual and contractual contacts and administrative and accounting activities. For example, email addresses, telephone numbers, tax code and accounting data
• Curricula Vitae delivered to us directly by the interested parties with the information that they themselves have decided to communicate to us.

Purpose of the processing — Personal data is collected exclusively for pre-contractual, contractual and institutional purposes in accordance with the law, with reference to the legal basis indicated in Art. 6 of European Regulation 2016/679.

The Data Controller informs you that all data could also be processed for the purposes of fraud prevention, to ascertain, exercise or defend a right in court and for management and maintenance of company infrastructures, always in compliance with privacy regulations and making sure that the fundamental rights and freedoms of the interested party are not infringed.

Personal data are stored only for the necessary time – Contractual and legal data are stored for the time required by law. All data processed for the purpose of ascertaining, exercising or defending a right in court are stored for the entire duration necessary for these purposes. The Data Controller has NOT activated any profiling processes of the interested parties or an automated decision-making process.

Management methods – Personal data can be processed with or without the aid of electronic tools and accessible only to the Data Processors and for the sole purposes indicated above. The Data Controller may use third parties to carry out activities and services by appointing them as needed in compliance with the law.

Security measures – The Data Controller, depending on the situations and their evolution, has adopted and will adopt control and monitoring systems for the security of personal data, such as: rooms and/or cabinets blocked from unauthorized access, identification systems for physical or computer access, video surveillance systems, access control systems to computer tools, antivirus and firewalls.

The mandatory nature of the provision of personal data is a direct consequence of the active or requested contracts/services. Any refusal to communicate personal data may make it impossible to activate the contract with the interested party.

Personal data may be communicated to the entities involved only following an express provision of law, in the context of employment contracts or workplace safety, or for the performance of company services to third parties to whom the Data Controller has entrusted the related task and verified that the adequate security measures are respected in accordance with the law.

Every interested party has many rights regarding their personal data based on Art. 15, 16, 17, 18, 20, 21 of the European Regulation 2016/679 and Art. 7 of the Legislative Decree 196/2003. Some of these rights are listed below in a non-exhaustive way: the right to obtain from the data controller confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning them are being processed, the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, the right to rectification, the right to erasure, the right to restriction of processing, the right to data portability, the right to object.
