With our machines we can provide mechanical machining with diameters from 100 mm to 900 mm, steels, stainless steel, alloys, super alloys, inconel.
We provide drilling and tapping of valve details according to the required standard.
We have machines of various sizes, capable of milling all types of material up to 1400 mm x 1400 mm.
With our grinding work we work 6 “to 24” spheres ensuring a maximum spherical error within 0.03 mm.
We perform lapping on the balls by reducing the error value to zero using air test.
